Ramgarh, 17 August 2026. Prime Hospital was honoured with a Certificate of Appreciation (प्रशस्ति पत्र) at the launch of State Model District – Ramgarh under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), held at the Ramgarh District Town Hall.
The certificate was presented by Dr. Sunil Kumar Barnwal, IAS, Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Authority (NHA), in recognition of Prime Hospital’s outstanding participation and target achievement under ABDM in the district. It was received on behalf of the hospital by Director Dr. Dinesh Kumar. Deputy Commissioner Shri Rituraj and Deputy Development Commissioner Shri Ashish Agrawal were prominently present on the occasion.
What the Recognition Is For
Ramgarh’s selection as a State Model District under ABDM makes the district a showcase for digital health in Jharkhand — where a patient’s prescriptions, lab reports and hospital records are linked securely to their ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) and available to them digitally, rather than living only on paper.
The recognition is borne out by the Government’s own numbers: as on 18 August 2026, the NHA’s public ABDM dashboard showed Prime Hospital had linked more than 6,400 patient health records to ABHA accounts — from a standing start on 15 June 2026, reaching first place among Ramgarh district’s private facilities and the second highest of all private hospitals in Jharkhand over the preceding 30 days, within about 60 days. The linkage runs on hms4all, the ABDM-empanelled hospital platform built in Ramgarh by Curasync Technologies LLP.
What Is an ABHA, and Why Should You Have One?
An ABHA is a free, voluntary 14-digit health account created with your Aadhaar or mobile number. Once you have one, every visit generates records that can attach to it automatically:
- Your prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries stay digital and safe.
- You can see your own records on your mobile through any ABDM health app.
- On your next visit — here or at any ABDM hospital — your history travels with you, with your consent, instead of a bag of old papers.
